1.3 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our product offers on the website are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability of products after the order has been recorded, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible and indicate the new deadline within which you will receive your order. In this case, you will have the option to cancel your order and be reimbursed the amount paid by Paypal, bank transfer within 14 days of the cancellation request, or you can request the change of your order by email (info@ciclolux.com).

The orders of our products are shipped the same day or the day after you make the purchase (weekends and holidays not included). In case you do not receive the order because you have not gone to pick it up, and a new shipment must be made, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

This warranty does not cover possible damages caused by natural causes, misuse, negligence, accident or modification of any part of the product. Neither does it cover damages derived from incorrect maintenance operations, connections to inadequate voltages or repairs made by any person external to DRAISLER VENTURES S.L. In case of return of the product due to breakage or a manufacturing defect, the full amount of the product including shipping costs will be paid.
At this WEBSITE we are confident in the effectiveness of our devices, so we offer a 12-month warranty after your purchase covering possible manufacturing defects or defective materials. If the product is found to be defective, we will fix it or replace it with a new one at no charge to you. After the warranty period has expired, the user must pay for any repairs and parts that need to be repaired or replaced.
4.1. DERECHO AL DESISTIMIENTO
If any product of your order does not correspond to your expectations you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after you, or a third party authorized by you, receive the package.
Since June 2014, the European Union has established new purchase guarantee parameters by which we are governed. According to these return conditions you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any product on the WEBSITE within 14 days. This period will end 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the period ends on a non-business day, the period is extended until the next business day.
We will confirm receipt of your request and refund the amount paid by Paypal, check or bank transfer within 14 calendar days of receipt of your withdrawal request, provided that the product has been previously returned.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal will involve the refund of the price of the returned product and the original shipping costs. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.
For health or hygiene reasons, and based on the applicable regulations, you may not cancel those products that have been unsealed after delivery.
